CANCELLATION, LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY We understand that things come up. Please be mindful of the following policies when booking with Ladi of Beauty Hair Care: • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • A 15-minute grace period is provided for most appointments. • A $25 late fee will be applied after the 15-minute grace period. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may result in the inability to book future appointments.
